Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return fees
Please not you will be liable for the cost of sending the shoes back to us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Replacement products are sent out only after we have received the original item. The process usually takes 10-15 working days to complete.

Exchange fees
For your first exchange, you will need to cover the cost of sending the shoes back to us, but we will take care of the courier fee to send the replacement pair to you. If you request a second or subsequent exchange on the same order, you will be responsible for both the courier fee to send the shoes back to us and the courier fee for the new exchange.
Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, like:
- Custom products (such as special orders or customized items). Ensure the size is correct before requesting customization.
- Gift cards.

Black Friday/Cyber Monday Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed
- We allow store credit only in circumstances where there is no stock available for the exchange.
- NO refunds on any Black Friday/Cyber Monday Deals.
